gfrCup Version 1.1 Patch (approx 2.0 MB) -- The patch includes fixes for the issues listed below. Simply download the file and use it to replace the gfrCup.exe file that appears in the 'gfrCup 2008 Edition' folder on your computer:

• NEW Fix -- Adds February 29th to the deadline drop-down box in the HTML tab of the Reports screen (2008 is a leap year).

Norton Firewall Overflow Issue -- Norton's Personal Firewall software may prevent gfrCup from downloading results files and an overflow error will be displayed. Norton interferes because there is a vulnerability that can be exploited during the download of a Microsoft Access database file (gfrCup results files and roster updates are Access files). To fix the issue, you can designate the GFR website as trusted content in Norton Internet Security. Following are the steps to do so:

• Open Norton Internet Security and double-click on the Personal Firewall link.
• Select the 'Networking Tab.'
• Click the 'Add' button under the 'Trusted' tab.
• In the next screen, select 'Using a network address.'
• For 'Network address,' enter '216.247.94.106' and for 'Subnet mask,' enter '255.255.255.0'.
• Press the 'Ok' button and you should then be able to download results.
